Q?

What Should I Wear?

A.

Short answer: Whatever you want. Long answer: We really don't care what you show up wearing. We have seen it all some arrive looking like they just walked off the set of a John Wayne movie while others look like they would be more comfortable on a beach. There is however a reason Cowboys dress like they do. Here is a list of recomendations:
JACKET
JEANS ***NO SHORTS***
HAT
STURDY SHOES ***NO SANDALS OR OPEN TOED SHOES***
SUNSCREEN AND INSECT REPELLENT
WATER BOTTLE
TRAIL SNACK
CAMERA

Q?

Do you have weight limits?

A.

This is a question we get regularly and the only way to answer it is bluntly. We have stout horses that can handle up to 280 pounds. But there are different ways to be 280. If you are 6'4" and a well built 280 you will be just fine. If you are 5 foot tall and a jiggly 280 you should probably stay home.

A.

7+ years old - 2 hour
11+ years old - 4 hour and wilderness trips.

We do require 12 and below to wear provided helmets.
